Working with Craig and Julian Appraisal Group is a breath of fresh air. As a real estate professional, many times we cannot reach the finish line with a transaction until an appraisal is performed and accepted by the lender. This would only let me choose 3 items, however, Dr Craig has got to be one of the BEST appraisers I have ever worked with while working in the mortgage industry. I am the manager of the VA Appraisal Order Desk and I love seeing his name assigned to our VA appraisal orders. He communicates and responds quickly. One last thing, HE IS THE BEST, I wished he did appraisals for every state we do business in.
